Product Description
This cylinder leakage tester gives an indication of the current condition of an engine by measuring leakage from each cylinder, with only the spark plugs needing to be removed.
The tool provides a leakage figure as a percentage, helping to identify whether there is internal damage and which cylinder is affected. It also helps indicate whether the fault lies with the valves and valve seats, or with the piston, bore and piston rings, allowing a rebuild plan to be put together without fully dismantling the engine.
A workshop air compressor is required to operate this tool.
