IAG Stage 3 closed deck converted case halves for the Subaru EJ25 engine, using CNC-machined cast inserts to strengthen the factory semi-open deck at the top of the cylinder sleeves. Supplied as a new EJ25 case machined to accept a 99.75mm overbore; bore and hone required before assembly.

RCM’s black billet aluminium oil separator cover kit, based on the genuine Subaru design with increased material thickness. Fitted with the correct sealer and torque, it is intended to reduce the oil leaks associated with the original cast, plastic or pressed-steel covers.

A complete set of replacement block case bolts, containing all the bolts needed to join the two engine block halves together for a new engine build.

An adaptor that bolts into an existing block bung location, allowing a Defi-type sensor to be fitted to monitor oil temperature or oil pressure. Removes the need for a sandwich plate behind the oil filter to run more than one sensor.

RCM heavy duty block case location dowels (pair), used to replace the standard Subaru dowels between the block halves. Thicker than standard and threaded for easier removal.

An RCM stainless steel block adaptor that screws into the base of the engine block to connect the oil cooler modine water hose, sized to replace the genuine Subaru part. Stainless steel construction resists the corrosion common to the original steel component.
