Product Description
This engine oil cooler kit is designed for Subaru Impreza / WRX STI models from 2008 to 2012, to help control oil temperatures under hard driving.
The kit is supplied with a Setrab core, rated for working temperatures from -40°C to 150°C with a maximum burst pressure of 37 Bar(g), available in 10-row or 19-row versions.
Lines use Goodridge -8 200 Series stainless steel braided hose with a silicone fire-retardant sleeve (rated -54°C to 260°C, with short-term fire protection to 1090°C), finished with Goodridge re-usable alloy fittings featuring a Triple Seal/Double O-ring design and 360-degree swivel ends.
The mounting bracket is black powder-coated steel.
The kit includes a thermostatically controlled oil sandwich plate that opens at 85°C, fitting Twin Scroll, Equal Length and Unequal Length exhaust manifold variants. It has two spare ports for oil temperature and pressure sensors (supplied with blanks if not required) and an extended union to allow fitment of both the plate and the oil filter.
A version combined with a power steering cooler is also available separately.
